Transfer Application Checklist
To streamline your transfer process, please prepare the following documents:
Passport and Visa Copies: For you and any dependents.
I-94 Forms: Copies for all family members.
Change of Status Documentation: If applicable, include Form I-797A approval notice.
I-20 Forms: Copies of all your I-20s.
Recent Bank Statements: Dated within the last 30 days, showing funds of $4,500 per quarter, plus $1,500 for each dependent.
Sponsor Letter: If you have a financial sponsor, include their support letter.
Family Documentation: Marriage certificates and children's birth certificates, if applicable.
Completed Transfer Form: Ensure it's fully filled out and signed.
